1.25.25 Kitchen Table Dinner with Chef Brooks Cameron
Join us for January’s Kitchen Table Dinner with Chef Brooks Cameron as we kick off the new year with a culinary exploration! Chef Cameron will showcase the intersection of Indian and American cuisines, creating a dinner experience that celebrates the season’s best and highlights unique historical and contemporary connections.
Featured Chef - Chef Brooks Cameron has a love for unique ingredients, butchery, and farm-focused cuisine which connects him to his roots in the Ozarks. His approach highlights the beauty of simple yet complex flavors, showcasing the farm and the food in harmony. Chef Brooks is fascinated by food anthropology—studying how culinary traditions evolve over time.
With experience spanning a variety of cuisines and “chef-driven” restaurants that defy a specific style, Chef Cameron emphasizes preservation techniques like pickling, fermentation, and charcuterie to accent fresh ingredients and preparations. His work reflects a deep respect for simplicity and a focus on letting ingredients shine.
Chef Brooks also prioritizes building relationships with farmers, sourcing ingredients that support local communities. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef for Tyson Foods, he is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate culture and community.
Get ready for great flavors and interesting conversation—it just might get spicy for a bite or two!
About the Kitchen Table Dinner Series - Born out of a desire to build a community around great food, Apple Seeds' Kitchen Table Dinner series is designed to recreate the feeling of gathering around a dear friend's table. These dinners aim to bridge the gap often felt between the chef and diners in a typical dining environment, thereby creating a deeper connection to the food on the plate. Through intentional procurement of local, seasonal ingredients, the transparent preparation of the meal, and storytelling by the chef, each plate is transformed from food into an unforgettable dining experience.
