An Evening at the Farm, Community Night, Saturday, October 12th, 2024

from $250.00

11 years ago, Apple Seeds began a fall dinner featuring farm produce under twinkling lights in a field. Chef Case Dighero and Chef Jerrmy Gawthrop created culinary delights, while Bryan Hembree curated the perfect musical ambiance.

This year we're doing it all over again.

This year's event celebrates 11 years of Evening at the Farm with 11 tastes, featuring two main dishes by Case Dighero (Edible Culture) and Tyler Rogers (The Restaurant at Stonebreaker). There will be starting courses by Heather Artripe, Dirty Apron BakeHouse, Fran Free, Rabbit Hole, and Wright's BBQ, and all followed by a delectable dessert by Sarah Stribling. This year will also feature a custom brew collaboration by Ozark Beer Company and Fossil Cove Brewing Company, a cocktail collaboration by Fox Trail Distillery and PH Alchemy, and Spanish Coffee by Arsaga's. Each taste will showcase unique flavors and the talents of these culinary geniuses, as well as local produce, most of which comes straight from the Apple Seeds Teaching Farm.

But it's not just about food! Guests will be invited to give input on music, as Bryan Hembree will return to curate a musical atmosphere that complements the twinkly lights and crispness of autumn air.

"Evening at the Farm" is a celebration of community and togetherness. Gather with friends, family, and fellow food enthusiasts to create memories that will last another eleven years. By attending this event, you'll not only treat yourself to an unforgettable culinary experience, but also support our mission to empower and nourish our community. Proceeds from the event support Apple Seeds' year-round programming. This event takes place rain or shine.

This fundraiser benefits Apple Seeds’ programs.
Established in 2007, Apple Seeds is a teaching farm that inspires healthy living through a farm-based education. Annually over 16,000 students in grades K - 12 attend our programs, either on-site at our community farms in Fayetteville and Little Rock, or in their own schools, where they build their nutrition and culinary knowledge and positive food behaviors through the planting, harvesting, cooking - and eating! - of their own healthy food. Apple Seeds provides over 12,000 lbs fresh produce to local school pantries to ensure kids and families can access the healthy food needed to continue these positive food behaviors that ultimately decrease nutrition insecurity and poor health outcomes in Arkansas kids.
