SOLD OUT! 6.22.24: Kitchen Table Dinner with Chef Brooks Cameron

$130.00

Come celebrate the taste of summer with Chef Brooks Cameron at June's Kitchen Table Dinner, presented by Beavers and Bloomfield Family Dentistry! Chef Cameron's passion for unique ingredients, butchery, and farm-focused cuisine has led him back to his roots in the Ozarks. His work allows for the simple complexities of taste to shine in highlighting both the farm and the food.   Prepare to embark on a dinner adventure that captures the essence of the season.

Featured Chef -  Chef Brooks Cameron has worked in a variety of cuisines as well as “chef driven” restaurants -- the kind of places that lack a specific cuisine, but have their own style. He focuses on preservation and building a good larder through pickling, fermentation and charcuterie, which are often used to accent fresh ingredients and preparations, yet at the same time, allow the simplicity of an ingredient to shine through.

Chef Brooks prioritizes spending time developing relationships with farmers and producers where he lives, while sourcing ingredients that support those communities where he is living. He currently serves as Corporate Executive Chef for Tyson Foods.

About the Kitchen Table Dinner Series Born out of a desire to build a community around great food, Apple Seeds' Kitchen Table Dinner series is designed to recreate the feeling of gathering around a dear friend's table.  These dinners aim to bridge the gap often felt between the chef and diners in a typical dining environment, thereby creating a deeper connection to the food on the plate.  Through intentional procurement of local, seasonal ingredients, the transparent preparation of the meal, and storytelling by the chef, each plate is transformed from food into an unforgettable dining experience.
