6.21.25 Kitchen Table Dinner with Chef Daniel Ernce
We’re thrilled to announce our next Kitchen Table Dinner on Saturday, June 21st at 6:00pm featuring Chef Daniel Ernce! This dinner will celebrate local ingredients and the evolving art of farm to table cooking.
Chef Ernce's style is characterized by a strong emphasis on seasonality, local sourcing, balancing flavors and textures, and playing on modern cooking techniques that appeal to a wide range of palates. He's explored a variety of culinary paths through his restaurant experience, from modern American plates to farm-fresh Southern, Italian, and fusion dishes. Ernce can be found around NWA creating one of a kind dining experiences. We can't wait for you to share in this unique evening of Chef Ernce's artistry of craft at Apple Seeds!
Featured Chef – Chef Ernce brings over a decade of experience to the table. He began his culinary career in consulting, learning from Michelin-starred chefs before refining his craft in Europe, including a time at Copenhagen’s reputable Restaurant 108, a sister concept to Noma. Back in the States, he opened the award-winning Progress in Springfield, Missouri, where he built a reputation for imaginative, time-and-place-inspired cuisine, impacting the area's dining culture and the way people think about food. Most recently, he helmed the Bentonville-based favorite Conifer, a two-time James Beard Award-nominated restaurant.
Now returning to consulting projects, Chef Ernce partners with restaurants on everything from new menu development and culinary trends to improving kitchen operations and staff training.
Consultants like Ernce offer something special: a fresh set of eyes, a broad view of the industry, and the freedom to explore what works—and what’s next.

About the Kitchen Table Dinner Series - Born out of a desire to build a community around great food, Apple Seeds' Kitchen Table Dinner series is designed to recreate the feeling of gathering around a dear friend's table. These dinners aim to bridge the gap often felt between the chef and diners in a typical dining environment, thereby creating a deeper connection to the food on the plate. Through intentional procurement of local, seasonal ingredients, the transparent preparation of the meal, and storytelling by the chef, each plate is transformed from food into an unforgettable dining experience.
